Filadelfia Latin American Film Festival opens its second year with Sundance winner Violeta Went to Heaven and closes with América, staring award-winning actress Yraeli Arizmendi.

The 2013 Filadelfia Latin American Film Festival will take place on April 27th at International House Philadelphia (3701 Chestnut Street) and April 28th at the Gershman Y (401 South Broad Street).
